New Delhi: The row over Human Resource Development Minister Smriti Irani`s educational qualifications does not seem to be dying down.
Irani`s request to the people to judge her on the basis of her work has not silenced journalist-activist Madhu Kishwar, who has criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi`s appointment of the former TV actor as the Union HRD minister.
On microblogging website Twitter, Kishwar targeted Irani once again on Thursday.

The followers of Kishwar on Twitter are well aware of the journalist-activist`s strident defence of Modi on all accounts. However, a series of tweets by Kishwar criticising Irani as the Union HRD minister took them by surprise.
She had posted, "Irani claims to be BCom part 1 frm correspondence school. No such degree exists. Means just took admission and left. Misrepresentn in affidavit."
Another post by her read, "Congress & Left have nurtured intellectuals, academics for decades. BJP neglected this arena. @narendramodi better put worthy person in HRD"
The Congress has also questioned the allocation of the HRD Ministry to an undergraduate person and said she lied about her degrees in her election affidavit.
On Thursday, Irani said that "extraneous circumstances" were created by the opposition to divert her and requested the people to judge her on the basis of her work.
"Extraneous circumstances have been created to ensure that my attention is deviated from the work I have been entrusted with. I am judged by my organisation with regard to my capacity to deliver an assignment," Irani told reporters here.
"I humbly request all of you to judge me by my work," she added.
