New Delhi: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh congratulated BJP`s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi on Friday on NDA`s big win in the 2014 Lok Sabha polls.
Singh who has been the PM of India in the Congress-led UPA for the past ten years will resign tomorrow.

The Congress was handed its worst ever defeat in the polls with the party`s tally going below the 100 mark.
On the other hand BJP-led NDA has crossed the 300 mark.
Congress was facing a massive anti-incumbency going into the polls. Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi was the face of his party`s campaign.
