London: Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Denise Richards is apparently spending much of her time meditating by the ocean in a bid to relief herself from the turmoil in her personal life.
Richards decided to go in search of inner peace in the Bahamas while Sheen continues his manic tour across the US, reports the Daily Mail.
And the 40-year-old looked radiant and content for it, as she showed off her fine form in various complicated yoga positions in Nassau last Thursday.
The former ‘Dancing with the Stars’ contestant even had her own yogi to instruct in advanced positions and meditation by the beautiful ocean.
