Yu Yureka Plus with full HD display launched at Rs 9,999

New Delhi: Micromax's Yu brand has launched an upgraded version of the Yureka smartphone, the Yureka Plus for Rs 9,999 and it comes with a full HD display of 1080p.

The Yureka Plus comes with a 5.5-inch screen display, the same as the Yureka but with a higher resolution of 1080p from the 720p. It also comes with a better camera offering of 13MP Sony IMX214 sensor and a 5MP front-facing camera.

The smartphone is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 SoC which has an octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz along with Adreno 405 GPU supported by 2GB of RAM.

It runs on Cyanogen 12 OS based on the Android 5.0.2 Lollipop and comes with an inbuilt storage capacity of 16GB which is expandable upto 32GB via a microSD card.

The Yureka Plus is a dual-SIM card smartphone that supports 4G LTE sim cards and is backed by a 2,500 mAh battery.

Connectivity options include Wi-fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and others.

The smartphone is exclusively available on Amazon with the flash sale starting June 24, 12 noon onwards for which the registrations have already begun.
