New Delhi: Reliance Digital has launched a dual-SIM 3G smartphone 'Reconnect' at a tempting price of Rs 12,999 in the Indian market.
Reliance Digital is the consumer durables and information technology ( CDIT) arm of Reliance Retail, which is a unit of the Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries Limited.
Known as Reconnect, the dual-SIM smartphone features a 4.7-inch IPS display with 1280×720 resolution.
Reliance Reconnect runs on older version of Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean but is powered by a 1.3 GHz Cortex A7 processor quad-core processor. The phone comes come with 1GB RAM and an internal memory of 8GB which is expandable to 32GB with the help of microSD card.
Reconnect features a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front-facing camera.
It comes with a a 2000mAh Li-ion battery that claims 6-7 hours of talk time, 4 hours of video playbck time and 225 hours of standby time, the company said.
Available in two colours of black and white, Reliance Reconnect comes with one year warranty.
Connectivity includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.
