New Delhi: With Motorola launching the Moto G 2nd Generation with bigger screen and better camera, Moto G 1st Generation, the smartphone that took the market by storm, was put on hold by the company.
However, the Moto G 1st Generation is back on Flipkart and is selling for as low as Rs 9999 only as compared to its launched price of Rs 13,999.
With features such as a 4.5-inch display (1280 x 720p resolution resulting to 294ppi) along with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 glass, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory, the Moto G was seen as the best budget smartphone in its range.
The smartphone also boasts of a 5MP back camera with LED flash, 1.2MP front-facing camera and a 2070 mAh Li-Ion battery which the company claims to give up to 24 hours on mix usage.
Great features but what really drove it was the tempting price of Rs 13,999 for the 16GB variant during its launch. Fans and critics alike hailed it as the best budget smartphone in its range.
And with the launch of Moto G 2nd Generation, it was expected that it was the end of Moto G.
However, the 16GB variant of the Moto G 1st Generation is now available on Flipkart for as low as Rs 9999 only. The price was earlier slashed from Rs 13,999 to Rs 11,999.
