Asus Zenfone 2 to be launched by April end in India

New Delhi: Taiwanese handset maker Asus will soon launch the Zenfone 2 in India. As per media reports the Asus Zenfone 2 will be launched by the end of April.

Asus has indirectly tried take a dig at the sale practice of phone makers like Xiaomi and OnePlus. These phone makers have started the trend of selling their phones exclusively through online commercial sites. The trend of "flash sales" started by the company has seen blockbuster registration with the phones being sold within few seconds.

A company note to the press read as, "Asus to yet again disrupt the Indian Smartphone market soon with Zenfone 2. Taking on Samsung S6 & Apple’s recent launches, the device features 2.3GHz Intel Atom processor with 4GB RAM. No waiting for flash sales or invitations as Zenfone is for all!"

The Zenfone 2 features a 5.5-inch full HD screen with IPS display. It packs a powerful 64-bit Atom Z3580 quad-core processor clocked at 2.3GHz clubbed wit 4GB RAM.

The dual-SIM smartphone features 13-megapixel primary camera, 5-megapixel front camera camera and 3,000mAh battery.
