Now, buy Xiaomi Mi4, Redmi Note 4G from retail stores

New Delhi: Chinese handset maker Xiaomi will start selling the Mi4 and Redmi Note 4G smartphones via physical stories.

Xiaomi has so far practised online selling of its smartphones and has an exclusive tie-up with e-commerce site Flipkart.

The Xiaomi Mi4 smartphone is a 5-inch screen display that comes with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels at 441 ppi along with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It runs on a 2.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 CPU with 3GB RAM.

It comes with 13-MP Sony high-speed back camera and an 8-MP front-facing camera. It also packs a 3080mAh Li-ion battery.

The 4G version of Redmi Note is a single-SIM handset that has a 5.5 inch HD IPS display with 1280 x 720 pixels and is powered by a Snapdragon 400 processor. The earlier 3G model of Redmi Note had MediaTek octa-core processor that lagged while playing high-quality videos and graphics heavy games.

The handset comes with a 13 MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5 MP front camera for clear selfies. Inbuilt storage includes 8GB with microSD card expansion (up to 64GB), and a 3,100mAh battery with support for fast charging. The smartphone has got a 3,100mAh battery with support for fast charging.

Redmi Note 4G runs on Android 4.4 optimised with MIUI version 5 on top, upgradable to MIUI v6 early next year.
