New Delhi: Predicting a hung Assembly in the upcoming Delhi polls, Samajwadi Party on Friday expressed confidence of winning seats in several constituencies and forming government with other "secular" parties.
"No single party is getting clear cut majority in the upcoming election.

Samajwadi Party along with other secular parties is all set to win seats and emerge as a suitable alternative to form government in Delhi," SP General Secretary Ram Gopal Yadav here.

Slamming Congress and BJP for "rising prices" and "corruption", Yadav said while BJP spread corruption during its regime, Congress took it to the next level. Both have failed to fulfil the needs of residents of Delhi, he said.

Samajwadi Party is banking on its traditional support base of Other Backward Classes and Muslims and hopes to win at least seven seats in Delhi assembly polls. It has fielded candidates in 27 of the 70 seats.
