Breaking: Mullah Hassan Akhund to be the new Prime Minister, announcement of new Afghan govt made
The head of the insurgent group's leadership council, Mullah Hassan Akhund, will head the new Taliban government in Afghanistan. Taliban spokesman Habiullah Mujahid made the announcement at a news conference in Kabul on Tuesday.
