West Bengal: This time 'conflict' between the central & state government on Chief Secretary?
The Home Ministry had instructed Bengal Chief Secretary Alapan Bandyopadhyay to report to the DoPT by 10 AM. But if sources are to be believed, the Bengal government is not relieving him. In this sense, He is unlikely to come to Delhi on Monday.
