Uzbekistan gears up for SCO Summit 2022
Samarkand, the capital of Uzbekistan on September 14 geared up for the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the SCO Summit on September 15 and 16. SCO is a Eurasian political, economic and security organisation. SCO is a successor of Shanghai Five, a mutual security agreement formed in 1996. India and Pakistan joined the SCO in 2017.
