DNA: Why is world afraid of snowfall in scorching heat?
In the month of April, there is snow falling on the mountains. So the heat has made the situation worse in many states of the country. The Meteorological Department is issuing heat alert in the plain states and there is an alert of snowfall and rain in the hilly states. In the month of April, heat is breaking all its records and snowfall is also creating new records. Mountains from Kashmir to Himachal Pradesh are still covered with snow.
