Budget Session: Proceedings begins for the fifth day today
Today is the fifth day of the second phase of the budget session. Meanwhile, the proceedings of both the Houses of the Parliament have started. Yesterday the proceedings were adjourned till 11 am today, after which the proceedings have been resumed today.
