Punjab govt has constituted SIT to probe sacrilege attempt at the Golden Temple
In Kapurthala, Punjab, a youth caught on the charge of sacrilege was thrashed to death by a mob in the presence of the police. A day earlier, in Amritsar too, a young man was murdered over a similar case. At the same time, in this case, the police has said that the young man had come to steal.
