On one hand where PM Narendra Modi is making efforts to abolish the VIP culture by restricting the use of red and blue lights on cars of several dignitaries, the Chief Minister of UP Yogi Adityanath has proposed the construction of separate lane for MP's and MLA's on the toll booths of state and national highways.
