Drifter injures 17 inside Tokyo train
A drifter who admired the Joker dressed like him to carry out a Halloween attack on a Tokyo train "wanted to kill lots of people" and planned his moves over months, buying a knife to use in the internet. He injured 17 people and set the train on fire. This event happened on the sidelines of the Halloween celebrations in Japan.
