Delhi Election 2020: Congress claims, 'all exit polls will fail'
Congress candidate from Gandhinagar Assembly seat in Delhi, Arvinder Singh Lovely, cast his vote at the polling booth in East Azad Nagar on Saturday. The former Congress minister said, "Delhi is voting on development which has come to a standstill because no work has been done."
