Bhopal: Habibganj rape victim speaks up, wants rapists to be hanged on streets
The 19-year-old woman, who was gang-raped by four men wants the culprits to be hanged on street. She also accused the Madhya Pradesh Police of not cooperating with her and made to shuttle from one police station to another before an inspector posted at Habibganj Police Station agreed to file a case.
