Rampur: In a shocking incident highlighting apathy within healthcare, patients at a government hospital in Uttar Pradesh had to bear the loud noise of music within the premises of the medical centre.
The incident took place at a government hospital in Rampur district's Tanda on Friday.
As per news agency ANI, the birthday of the son of a ward boy was celebrated at the hospital. Patients were left unattended as the staff was busy in celebrating the birthday, reported Navbharat Times.
Speaking on the incident, District Magistrate of Rampur said that a warning has been issued in a bid to ensure that such things don't occur again.
