Mumbai: We saw Priyank Sharma apologising to Arshi Khan in Sunday’s episode for disrespecting and defaming her. And Arshi was apparently in a mood to let bygones be bygones and forgive Priyank for the way he behaved with her. However, according to the latest buzz, Priyank maybe arrested for defaming her.

According to a report in Tellychakkar, Arshi’s publicist Flynn Remedios said that Priyank could be arrested soon because police have initiated the process to obtain a warrant against him. Remedios had filed a criminal defamation case against Priyank in October.

“The police officials who are investigating the case have told me not to speak to the media in this regard, and I am sorry, I cannot share any more details,” the report quoted the publicist as saying.

Priyank, who was evicted and subsequently sent back to the house a couple of weeks back was seen telling Sapna Choudhary that in order to make Arshi shut her mouth, just use these two words—Pune, Goa.

Soon while Sapna and Arshi had an argument over the lyrics of a song by Dhinchak Pooja, the former shouted Pune, Goa loudly and Arshi lost her cool.

Indianexpress, in a report puiblished then quoted the statement issued by Arshi’s publicist, Flynn Remedios which reads, “Filing FIR/criminal complaint against Bigg Boss 11 contestants, Priyank Sharma, Sapna Choudhary, Colors, Endemol, today under various IPC provisions concerning the dignity of a woman in legally privileged and protected cases. Colors and Endemol are accused/guilty of permitting telecast of legally privileged/protected and subjudice court matters including the right to prevent or avoid self-incrimination by accused or victim woman and using it for TRP and financial gain.”
