DNA: Why is Covaxin not getting World Health Organization's recognition?

Covaxin has been developed by the Hyderabad-based Bharat Biotech company, which sent the vaccine data to the WHO for the first time on July 09 and sought approval for emergency use of the vaccine. The vaccine recognition process takes 6 to 9 weeks, but even after 3 months, no decision has been taken so far.
