India to see 1,000 super-rich individuals joining millionaire club annually
India is home to 2 percent of the world's millionaires and 5 percent of billionaires, which is expected to see an annual addition of 1,000 new super-rich individuals every year in coming decade, says a report.

India among 10 wealthiest countries; average Indian 'quite poor'
India has been ranked among the 10 wealthiest countries globally with total individual wealth of USD 5,200 billion, but this is largely owing to its large population, a report said, adding that on a per capita basis, the average Indian is "quite poor".
