President Ram Nath Kovind, PM Narendra Modi condole demise of ex-Himachal CM Virbhadra Singh, 3-day state mourning declared
The Himachal Pradesh government has decided to observe three days of state mourning as a mark of respect to former Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh. The state mourning will be observed from July 8-10. Earlier today, the mortal remains of the former Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister were brought to his residence in Shimla.

Virbhadra Singh, a six-time Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh and former Union Minister, passed away in the early hours of Thursday. Virbhadra passed away at 3.40 AM. He was under treatment at IGMC, Shimla after tested positive for COVID again.
