Biker's throat slit by deadly Chinese manjha on Raksha Bandhan
The victim, Vipin Kumar was visiting his in-laws with his wife and children to celebrate Raksha Bandhan when a Chinese manjha slit his throat. He was declared brought dead by the Trauma centre.
