Vedanta Resources names ex-CEO Kaura as interim chief executive
Indian mining company Vedanta Resources Plc named a former CEO, Kuldip Kaura, to again lead the company on an interim basis as it looks for a new head to replace Tom Albanese, who is leaving the company on Thursday.

Vedanta unveils Young Achievers' Scholarship Programme
Students opting for Graduate courses in Medical or Engineering will be awarded an amount of Rs 30,000/- per year for 5 and 4 years respectively. Similarly, students opting for Bachelor's Degree in Science will be awarded Rs 20,000/- per year for three years.
