Court's notice to NIA, terror accused Liyaqat Shah on Delhi Police application
Delhi Police on Monday filed an application in a city court seeking opportunity to be heard before any decision on the plea of Sayyed Liyaqat Shah, arrested by it for allegedly planning to execute attacks here in 2013, seeking discharge in the case on basis of the NIAs report giving him a clean chit in the matter.
