SC rejects NLSIU Bengaluru's notification on conducting NLAT-2020, admission to be conducted as per CLAT

While cancelling the NLAT-2020 entrance exam, the apex court also directed that admissions in all 22 National Law Universities (NLUs) be conducted in accordance with CLAT-2020 which is scheduled to be held on September 28.

High Court stays 50% reservation for Delhi students in National Law University

 The Delhi High Court Monday stayed the National Law University, Delhi (NLUD) decision to reserve 50 per cent seats for candidates from the national capital. A bench of Justices Hima Kohli and Subramonium Prasad asked the NLUD to issue fresh admission notification on or before July 2. The court said a prima facie case was made out for a stay on the university's decision.
