Skymet claims Southwest Monsoon hits Kerala; IMD says rains to arrive within 24 hours
However, the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the country' official weather forecaster, in its 8.15-am bulletin, said Monsoon would hit Kerala in the next 24 hours.
