High Court cancels Kerala university Vice Chancellor's appointment
Four years after Dr Babu Sebastian was appointed Mahatma Gandhi University`s Vice-Chancellor, the Kerala High Court on Monday cancelled the appointment on grounds of inadequate qualifications, and formation of a search committee against rules to find a suitable candidate for the post.

Mahatma Gandhi Varsity mulls open book exams in PG streams
In a move to bring paradigm shift in the academic evaluation system, Mahatma Gandhi University here is planning to introduce open book examination system in select Post Graduate streams.
