Joshimath crisis: No new cracks after January 7; two unsafe hotels to be razed, say authorities
Joshimath Crisis: The affected residents in the holy town are demanding `proper` rehabilitation and compensation. They have said that they will not vacate buildings until the government does not give them proper compensation and rehabilitation. In support of the affected people, a large number of villagers reached Joshimath and took out a procession.

Joshimath Land Sinking: The district administration on Monday said basic facilities at relief camps set up for the affected people were being constantly inspected. State’s CM Pushkar Singh Dhami has once again assured all possible help to people in Joshimath. According to the Chamoli District Disaster Management Authority, 603 buildings in Joshimath town have developed cracks so far.
