NIA files charge sheet against five accused in Islamic State Khorasan Province case
The case was initially registered by Delhi Police Special Cell on March 8, 2020, after the arrest of Kashmiri couple - Jahanzaib Sami Wani and his wife Hina Bashir Beigh from their rented accommodation in Okhla Vihar, Jamia Nagar in Delhi, but NIA re-registered the case on March 20 and took up the investigation.
