Ekta Kapoor, Guneet Monga, Tahira Kashyap Khurrana backed 'Bittu' makes it to the Top 10 for Oscars in Short Film Category
Competing amongst 174 films from across the globe, 'Bittu' has qualified for the top 10 after the first round of voting and will now be subjected to the votes of members of the short films and animation branch to determine the shortlists and the nominees.

'Indian Women Rising' picks the Student Academy Award winner and Oscar contender 'Bittu' as it's inaugural project
Directed by Karishma Dev Dube, a past Dean’s fellow from NYU, the unreleased venture 'Bittu' has bagged the honour of the 47th 'Student Academy Award' and is now set to run in the race for the Oscar for Short Film Category. At Hollyshorts Film Festival, the director Karishma Dev Dube won the best director award.
