MAMPL exits DIAL, GMR airports acquires its 10% stake
GMR Airports, a subsidiary of GMR infrastructure, has acquired 10 percent additional stake from Malaysia Airports (Mauritius) Private Limited for a consideration of USD 80 million, raising its stake to 64 percent in Delhi International Airport Limited.
