Austria will meet EU climate targets: environment minister
Austria is on track to meet climate and energy targets by the year 2020 despite a prognosis from the EU's European Environment Agency (EEA) that suggests otherwise, its environment minister said on Tuesday.

Air pollution costs EU up to 189 billion euros: EEA
Air pollution, chiefly from coal-fired power plants, cost society up to 189 billion euros ($235 billion) in 2012 - equal to the gross domestic product of Finland, the European Environment Agency (EEA) said in a report published on Tuesday.
