Delhi nursery admission 2022-23: Registration begins today, check important dates and other details

According to a notification issued by the Directorate of Education last month, the process of nursery admissions will begin from today (December 15, 2021) in nearly 1,800 private schools across the national capital. The application window is scheduled to close on January 7.

"A total of 12,500 students in grade 9 and 3,500 students in grade 11 did not appear for mid-term examinations this year. All those students who have not appeared for any exams will be eligible for reassessment. The reassessment will be based on class-based assignments, project work and other assessments. Nursery admissions to begin in Delhi from tomorrow, check eligibility criteria, fee and other details

As per the notified schedule, the first list of selected children will be displayed on March 20, followed by the second list on March 25 and subsequent list for admission, if any, on March 27. The entire admission process will conclude on March 31. Usually, nursery admissions in around 1,700 schools in the national capital beginning in the last week of November.
