Delhi Election 2020: Only 16% voter turnout till 12 noon

The Election Commission of India officials said, "Delhi reported an estimated voter turnout of 16% till 12 noon of polling for the assembly election to the 70 constituencies." Delhi had recorded a voter turnout of 67.12% in the last assembly elections held in 2015.
