Sensex breached the 63,000 mark on Wednesday. From 60,000 to 63,000, the markets took 14 months time.

Sensex, Nifty open in green on Friday, Rupee up by 31 paise against dollar
The 30-share index were trading in the green in the opening trade. Sensex was at 60,860 up by 24.36 points and Nifty up to 18,073. Today, rupee opened 31 paise up against the USD.

Benchmark indices open in positive trade, Sensex climbs to 626 points
International oil benchmark Brent crude was trading 0.29 per cent higher at USD 91.89 per barrel. Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) remained net sellers in the Indian capital market on Monday as they offloaded shares worth Rs 372.03 crore as per exchange data.

Sensex, Nifty open in GREEN amid festival season
Earlier on Thursday, benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty closed in red as they declined over half a per cent amid net selling in financials, auto, and realty shares. The 30-share BSE Sensex declined 390.58 points or 0.68 % to settle at 57,235.33. The broader NSE Nifty50 fell 109.25 points or 0.64 % to end at 17,014.35.
