New Delhi: 2016-17 UEFA Champions League season was on the brink of ending on a rather bitter note for defending champions Real Madrid after they trailed visitors Sporting CP 1-0 until very late.
It was then the former Sporting player Cristiano Ronaldo who stepped up to take a free-kick at the 89th minute and incredibly drew his side level late in the match.
