The 36-year-old joined Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs who retired in 2014 having notched up 632 league appearences.
However, Lampard's big day ended in disappoinment as Manchester City wasted a chance to put pressure on Premier League leaders Chelsea as the champions crashed to a shock 1-0 defeat at struggling Burnley on Saturday.
