MOSCOW: Japan scripted a historic win over Colombia, making the most of Colombia’s early red card in their 2-1 win over the South Americans. Japan’s Yuya Osako netted a perfect header, off a brilliant corner to score Japan’s second goal. Earlier, Carlos Sanchez was sent off after a handball in the penalty box, in the third minute of the game. Both sides face Poland and Senegal next in the Group H.
