New Delhi: Indian Test skipper Virat Kohli recently shared an interesting anecdote in an event in Mumbai, when the dashing cricketer revealed that once on a trip to Malaysia he nearly ate fried cockroaches.
Kohli stated that he almost consumed the cockroaches thinking it to be pickle, until someone warned him of the same, according to a report published in Cricket Country.
This is not the only incident Kohli shared while promoting his clothing line ‘Wrogn’.
The aggressive skipper also disclosed other facts, one among them was when he went without sleep for nearly 28 hours, during the interaction at the Inorbit Mall in Malad in which he was answering fan questions.
Under the captaincy of the 27-year-old, India have recently beaten top ranked Test side South Africa 3-0 on home soil.
Kohli took over the captaincy from MS Dhoni, who had announced his shocking Test retirement in December last year.
