New Delhi: It's certainly a topsy-turvy year for the Indian cricket team. If Team India started the year on a high by reaching till the semi-final of the ICC World Cup, took place in Australia and New Zealand. MS Dhoni and Co. failed to live up to the expectations on the Bangladesh tour, where they touched new lows. Even under the leadership of MS Dhoni, Men in Blue lost the ODI and T20 series to South Africa at home.
However, in whites, India did achieve a lot. Under the captaincy of Virat Kohli, India not just beat Sri Lanka away from home after more than two decades, but also defeated the top ranked South Africa 3-0 at home.
