Sydney: Australian cricketer Chris Rogers has said that his side will continue serving it up to an England side `rattled` by their paceman Mitchell Johnson in the second Ashes Test in Adelaide and further.
The Victorian player is set to use the memory of a ton (131) against South Australia made with a fractured finger in Adelaide last January to save his Test career.
According to News.com.au, England bowler James Anderson, a serial sledger himself, had complained to umpires when Australia returned fire with a vengeance as the tourists slid to defeat in the first Test at the Gabba , with Rogers saying that Australia will continue to use the same method to rattle the tourists for the rest of the series.
Stating that England has probably not been challenged like that for a while, Rogers also said that to have someone like Mitchell Johnson bowling that fast is great for the team, adding that he is unfazed by Anderson`s threat to pursue the hosts with his own brand of `skilled` sledging.
Rogers said that it feels good that Australia has the upper hand now, adding that England is long due getting some sledging themselves as they themselves sledged Australia in the summer series.
