New Delhi: Former Sri Lankan skipper Kumar Sangakkara on Tuesday agreed to be part of the franchise-based T20 tournament Pakistan Super League (PSL).
Pakistan Cricket Board's (PCB) executive committee member Najam Sethi confirmed the news.
Sethi took to micro-bloggling site Twitter to reveal that Sanga will be part of the League.

According to a report in ESPN Cricinfo, Sangakkara, who turned 38 today, has also registered for another franchise-based T20 tournament - Masters Champions League (MCL) - which is expected to run concurrently with the PSL but at different venues in the UAE.
Other big names who gave their consent to participate in the inaugural season of the PSL are Chris Gayle, Kieron Pollard, Dwayne Bravo, Kevin Pietersen and Shakib Al Hasan.
The maiden season of the T20 league is going to start from February 2016 and is scheduled to take place in Doha.
It is also reliably learnt that the event organisers are seeking at least 25 overseas players for the tournament.
Five franchise -- Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta and Islamabad -- will take part in the first season of the much anticipated tournament.
