KKR conditioning camp after Ranji tie at Eden

Kolkata: Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) will have their conditioning camp in the city after the Bengal-Baroda Ranji trophy Super League match which starts on November 10.

KKR captain Sourav Ganguly told reporters that the newly appointed coach Dave Whatmore and team mentor Wasim Akram would be present at the camp.

The former India captain also said that as part of its preparation, KKR would play a few matches against Bangladesh national side in the neighbouring country next year.

Ganguly, who will be playing for Bengal in the Ranji tie against Baroda, said he would play only in the home matches in the top domestic competition unless he is badly needed in the away games.
