New Delhi: Delhi Daredevils kept their hopes of play-offs qualification alive with an easy win over SunRisers Hyderabad.

Yuvi bowled the 19th. Samson finished off the match with a six off the first ball. DD win by seven wickets!


Over 18 | Score 144/3

Rahman continued. He came under more punishment from Pant who blasted third and fifth ball for a four and six respectively. What a talent this youg man in.


Over 17 | Score 131/3

Bhuvi continued. His first ball was clobbered for a six over midwicket by Pant. Pure power from the left-hander there. Samson and Pant also brought up their fifty-run stand.


Over 16 | Score 117/3

Rahman continued. Brilliant comeback from the left-arm pacer there. Kept things tight and put pressure on the batsmen. Only 3 runs came off that over.


Over 15 | Score 114/3

Bhuvi was brought back on. The India pacer hit the right lengths in that over, giving away just 6 runs. Bhuvi was unlucky in that over as Henriques dropped Samson on the second ball.


Over 14 | Score 108/3

Mustafizur Rahman bowled the 14th. Pant hit his second ball for a six over long-on and the last past midwicket for a boundary. The Fizz hasn't been effective so far today.

Nehra was brought back into the attack. The veteran pacer bowled an excellent over, giving away just 3 runs. Good stuff from SRH.

Henriques continued. His third ball was a short one and Sanju Samson dispatched it over midwicket for a six.

Yuvi was handed the ball by Warner. Good start for the left-arm spinner. Only five runs came off it.

Henriques bowled the tenth over. He cleaned up Nair with a perfect yorker with his second ball. He then sent the in-form de Kock back into the hut. Did he edge it or not -  was the confusion. The umpire was very very late in raising the finger.

Deepak Hooda into the attack. The off-spinner bowled a tidy first over, conceding just 6 runs.

Warner handed the ball to Sran. De Kock punished the left-arm pacer in that over. 12 runs came off it courtesy a boundary and six from the South African's willow.

Moises Henriques bowled the seventh. Inside edge off Karun's bat raced away to the fine leg boundary.

Mustafizur Rahman bowled the final over of powerplay. De Kock cut the third ball through the point region for a boundary. Poor delivery from the usually very accurate Bangladeshi. Too much room on offer.

Barinder Sran bowled the fourth. Karun Nair played a glorious cover drive to score his first boundary. He wasn't done with that. The Karnataka batsman then sliced the fifth ball over covers for another four.

Nehra continued. Agarwal's drive off the first ball went straight in to the hands of Yuvraj Singh at extra cover. Despite losing his partner, de Kock clobbered the left-armer for a six and a four off consecutive balls.

Bhuvi continued. Mayank Agarwal pulled the fifth ball, which flew over the keeper's head for a boundary.

Ashish Nehra bowled the second. Quinton de Kock went after the veteran pacer, scoring back-to-back boundaries.

Bhuvi opened the bowling. Tidy stuff from the India pacer there, conceding just 5 runs.

Morris continued. He shattered Williamson's stumps with a 145 kmph full-toss. More good work from the South African on the last ball as he ran out Bhuvneshwar with some fancy foot work.

Coulter-Nile came back in the attack. Deepak Hooda struck the third ball powerfully through the covers for a much-needed boundary. However the right-hander was hit wicket as he tried to play the ball to short fine leg for single. Unfortunate.

Morris bowled the 17th. After bowling well initially, the pacer was hit for a boundary over midwicket by Williamson off the last ball.

Shami continued. He trapped Henriques lbw on his second ball. That's a first-ball duck for the Aussie. SRH in a spot of bother.

Mishra continued. After being clobbered for a six over long-on, Mishra foxed Yuvi with a seam-up quick delivery. The left-hander miscued his shot and Pant completed a tricky catch at short fine leg.

Shami bowled the 14th over. Williamson tried to pull the pacer's quick delivery. He was late and the ball kissed his glove and went over Quinton de Kock's head for a four.

Duminy continued. Two sweep shots and two fours for Dhawan. The first one past short fine leg and the second  to backward square leg boundary. SRH need the left-hander to bat right through today.

Yadav bowled his final over. After being smoked for a boundary on the third ball, Yadav exacted his revenge on the very next ball as he cleaned up Warner. The quicker ball foxed the left-hander there.

Coulter-Nile bowled the sixth. The third ball of the over was slower delivery which raced down to the boundary for four leg byes after contact with Dhawan's pads.
