New Delhi: Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwin, who virtually missed the entire series (bowled 4.4 overs in first ODI) of the recently concluded series against South Africa due to an injury, is trying his best to regain full fitness ahead of the first Test of the upcoming four-match series against the Saffers.
The Board of Cricket for Control in India (BCCI) shared a video on Twitter where Ashwin can be seen bowling in the nets.

Ashwin bowled brilliantly in the T20 series and remains to be the key to India's plans of bouncing back in the Test series after back-to-back losses in limited-overs cricket.
BCCI also shared another video where opener Murali Vijay was middling the balls.
