ICC World Twenty20: Mitchell Johnson strikes again, trolls Indian fans after West Indies' semi-final win

New Delhi: Former Australian fast bowler Mitchell Johnson and the Indian fans have indulged in some banter right through the ICC World Twenty20.

It all began when Mitch took a pot shot at Virat Kohli for not showing up in big games.

Soon after Kohli's match-winning knock against the Aussies, the Indian fans gave it back to the KXIP Punjab pacer in equal measure.

As India crashed out of the tournament on Thursday, Johnson was at it again. He took to social micro-blogging site Twitter to ask where all the Indian fans had disappeared.

His former teammates David Warner and Mitchel Starc could not help but find the whole thing rather amusing.

While nothing said on Twitter should be taken personally, Indian fans are quite emotional when it comes to their cricket teams.

However, all will be forgotten when Mitch joins his KXIP Punjab squad to play the IPL starting April 9.
