New Delhi: West Indies explosive batsman Chris Gayle joined the national side for a net session in the first day practice ahead of the ICC World Twenty20 to be held from March 8 in India.
The West Indian stalwart returns to the side after a long gap of close to a year. The last time he featured for the Windies was in the ICC 2015 World Cup.
Gayle shared a photo on social micro-blogging site Twitter.
He stated that ít's been a long time rocking the Windies training outfit.

Gayle along with several senior players have been embroiled with the WICB regarding contractual issues.
Gayle will want to continue his good T20 form of late and make the difference for his side in the mega tournament.
